You know that 18 you are limited to what you can do. You can’t go into the casino or other gaming places. Most hotels will not give you a reservation given that you are not 21. You can not go to the clubs or bars.
And 16 year previous cannot be outside the hotel right after 9 pm without a parent.

I recommend you go visit somewhere else.
