When they first hit the strip and aubrey is standing thru the sunroof and everyone is looking around in wonder at the hotels etc… It sounds like ooooo ahhh eeee ahhhh ooooo. All vocalizations no words and not in the soundtrack… very pumped up type chanting song. Help!

I will be in Las Vegas with my wife in mid may. I have done a lot of research on hotel, but really need some more help.
We are young 20’s, so dont need anything fancy, I would like to get a room under 50 a night. A good location to be able to get to all the high points in Las Vegas on the strip. I was looking at the Golden Gate Vegas but do not know if it is in a good location where I can access everything.Any help would be great!
