WHAT ARE SOME GOOD SAFE FAMILY FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOODS IN LAS VEGAS? HOW CAN I GET A GOOD DEAL?

Am hoping to purchase a huge home in Las Vegas sometime in the future and I am just wondering what are some ways I can get a good deal out of it? I heard paying cash was one option but are their any others? I plan to pay off at least 3/4 of the asking price when I am ready to purchase the house. What is a superior buy? A brand new built home or a used home?

Also what are the ideal safe family friendly neighborhoods in Las Vegas? Is Southern Highlands a good neighborhood to live in? What do you think?

WHY ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO VISIT LAS VEGAS SO IGNORANT THINK THEY’LL GET SPECIAL TREATMENT AND A GREAT TIME?

For example, that scene in “National Lampoon’s Vegas Vacation” made me laugh when the Griswolds got off the plane and Clark was getting excited about being there in Vegas. What is the huge deal about it? You can only truly enjoy yourself and get special treatment if you are a lucky high roller or you win a jackpot, and very few people do that Las Vegas. I think it’s an astounding joke that people think they are gonna have the time of their life there.

Las Vegas is the worst popular vacation getaway because the goal is to win money and the chances of that happening are trim and people lose lots of money there on a vacation. It’s usually a miserable vacation all in all unless the person is single and they get action with a hot girl, then, that might make the vacation “truly worth while”.

Las Vegas is the most overrated vacation getaway resort to visit. Orlando, FL. or Anaheim, CA. are MUCH MORE FUN than Las Vegas.
