I recently got arrested for trespassing in a Las Vegas casino?
I was asked to leave by security and returned to file a complaint against a bartender, I was a little drunk. Long story short i was arrested and released in the morning with a trespassing charge and court date. This charge carries a penalty of 1000 fine and up to six months in jail. Should i get a lawyer.?? should i just go on my court date, plead guilty and see what the judge does?? anyone been in my situation…please any advice would be appreciated
