I highly doubt that you’ll be able to find a deal for NYE. I was looking at room rates for the Bellagio through smartervegas.com a few weeks ago. For most of December the basic rooms were 9-179, but on December 30 and 31 those same rooms go for 9. Check that website (smartervegas.com), they might have something for you.
