I am a “bouncer” and help provide a safe environment at an upscale club. I get paid hourly but why do people not take care of those who go out of their way to make your evening that much better. Not so much the general public but those who have bottle service….. I’ll take your girl through the crowd to the toilet, only to return to an empty handshake, or remove a nuisance and not even a thank you….. reasons please….. I tip generously. Why does it not come back?

Has anybody ever been to Salsero night at the Tropican Hotel in Vegas?
I don’t live anywhere near Vegas. I’m a writer and I need a description of where the Salsero night at the hotel is located. For example, is it in one of the ballrooms upstairs that I see on the map? Does anybody happen to know? Has anybody ever been and can maybe give a brief description of what the room looks like? I can’t seem to find any pictures of it….
