How soon following you’ve booked a flight + hotel package by way of a travel agent, are you in a position to speak to the hotel directly to inquire about your person reservation, ie…early test-in, area preference, particular arrangements, etc….
I booked a flight + hotel package a minor more than a month ago at the MGM Grand in Vegas. I will be arriving in Vegas this Friday, Oct. 29. I named the hotel this morning to make arrangements for champagne and they nevertheless really don’t have my reservation info. There is a group of about 50 individuals traveling along. I’m just not confident if maybe I need to wait till Thursday to call the hotel about my reservation or if the hotel should have my details currently. Any info/advice from a travel agent would be tremendously appreciated
I did clarify to the hotel that the trip was/is pre-paid via a travel agent. I am going to attain out to my travel agent as effectively. Thanks!
