I don’t believe there are any direct flights. You are almost certainly going to have to end up stopping at a hub and connect to one more flight.

No there is no direct flight from Las Vegas to Dublin, I have just flown into and out of Las Vegas, you closest selection is to fly with BMI (british Midland) or Mytravel to Manchester (UK), then to Dublin, or to fly with Virgin Atlantic (daily flight to London Gatwick, and then get a connection with either Aer Lingus or Ryanair to Dublin. You can get a genuinely inexpensive flight with Ryanair, and their flights run really frequently throughout the day.) I hope this is of support.

US Airways and United Airlines have straight flights from ONT to LAS on May 10, 2010 for $ 237. Use Kayak engine when browsing and it will examine all the airlines and return the lowest fare for these days.
