is it cheaper to book Vegas hotels online or the day of at the hotel?
Question by Wuendy Z:
is it cheaper to book Vegas hotels online or the day of at the hotel?
I need to know if anyone knows from EXPERIENCE if its cheaper to book a hotel online for Vegas hotels or at the hotel, the day off. I am looking at Treasure Island or whatever is on the strip.
The reason I ask is because I figure hotels need to unload hotel rooms the day off and I might be able to get it cheaper than booking online.

Vegas Vacation Packages Cheaper Than US Airways?
I’m wondering if there are any other Vegas vacation packages (airfare + hotel + car rental) that’s cheaper than US Airways? I’ve been using US Airways Vacations for the last 4+ years and it’s cheaper than SouthWest, Orbitz and Pricewatch. If there is some magical website booking agency that is cheaper, please let me know…but I highly doubt it!
Thanks for the info Bobby, but US Airways is still WAY Cheaper than Southwest.
Why are flights to Las Vegas cheaper?
Trying to book a flight to either Salt Lake City or Vegas to catch a Bob Dylan Show. I noticed that the Vegas flight was 200.00 with 1 short layover in SLC. If I were to book just the SLC leg fo the trip (Exact same flight to SLC without the next leg to vegas) it was 350. Why are they charging less if my destination is Vegas. Could I just book the Vegas trip and get off in SLC and not return. Would I miss my return flight since i wouldnt be boarding in vegas?
Yeah, I understand its a tourist spot…. But that doesn’t begin to explain why an extra leg on a flight makes it 150.00 less… Is vegas, the casinos or somebody paying the airlines to discout their tickets or something? How is it beificial to the airlines if i go to vegas vs. SLC?

Is it cheaper to buy clothes for a Vegas vacation in Hawaii or Vegas?
I’m going to Vegas for the first time with my boyfriend soon and not only do I not know what to wear, but I don’t know if I should buy it here in Hawaii or wait til I get to Vegas. I’ve had mixed answers from people in Hawaii. Some saying Vegas is cheaper while others saying the opposite. Any answers from people with more experience?
