My mom originally bought a ticket with my brothers name on it for a flight to Las Vegas and now he can not go..?
So they were going to give me the ticket ( since I truly couldnt afford a single on my personal ) and they wont let her place another name on it! I understand that there are no refunds but you can not even adjust a name, what a load of crap. Can anyone explain this to me, or has been in this situation and been in a position to speak the airline into modifying it?

I just bought a house in Las Vegas and got a great deal.?
Now…How do I get the county to lower the property taxes on it? It origionally sold for 310,00 and I bought it for 115,000. They are charging me an awful lot of money in the impound portion of my payment for taxes, so I am assuming it is being assesed at the origional high price that it sold for. It appraised for 120,000 last week and I have a copy of that appraisal. Anyone know what i need to do? thanks in advance…..
