I’m looking to reserve a quick one-night stay at a hotel on the Las Vegas strip. Nothing too fancy, just something in the Luxor / Monte Carlo, etc. range for under 0/night on a weekday. I’m looking to travel in about two weeks, when are the rates cheapest?
On sites such as Hotwire and Priceline, do the prices usually go down even more as the date approaches or are they about as low as they go right now?

My family and I (3 adults and one 16 year old) will be spending 5 days in Las Vegas next month. Our last day is on a Friday, our check out time from the hotel is 11 am, however, our flight is not until 11 pm. Anyone have any suggestions as to what we can do to fill those 12 hours if the hotel (MGM) can’t extend us for half the day. Will we be stuck with our luggage for the day and no where to freshen up?
