you can always find a $5 blackjack table at any casino on the strip or downtown. the thing is, the people that you play with at $5 tables might make you want to play at other denominations
you can find some good tables for poker at the stratosphere hotel/casino with low blinds

I’ve played as low as $2 and as high as $20.
But I know they have all kinds of tables they just opened a new one thats $100,000 a hand.

In “old” downtown Vegas (under the canopy) they do in fact of $1 minimum tables! They will advertise this a lot, but they trick you since they only have 1 or 2 tables that actual have that betting. So try to get there at off times (if that exists in vegas!)
nevertheless, those casinos will have cheap betting, so have fun!

Most casinos spread $5 blackjack during non peak times.
Some off the stip casinos offer $2 Blackjack.
For Hold Em $2/$4 limit it the lowest I have seen in any casino. Buy in for $125 and have some cheap fun.
