Question by Wanderer:
How much should you tip the casino massage girls in Las Vegas?
While gambling in a few different Vegas Casinos, I noticed girls going from table to table giving massages. I was wondering what the appropriate amount to tip these girls would be?
I think these girls work only for tips, though I could be wrong. I’m pretty sure they are licensed as they work in an actually massage booth just off the casino floors. They only come out to the tables when things get a little slow for them

Never heard of this. Probably just touching not massages which require a license.

A tip is never required, if it was it wouldn’t be called a tip, it’d be called an additional cost. So you can go and get a massage and not have to pay anything except the price+tax. Although if you would like to tip them anything you give them is generous. Also if you are still undetermined as to how much to give them it is recommended to tip 15-20% of the original price, so if you paid say $20 you would tip somewhere from 3-4 dollars (100% of phones have a tool called a tip calculator of which you can use to figure that out). Although since it is Las Vegas it’s always nice to tip a little extra so for that $20 massage I’d tip about $7 dollars or so but that’s just me. Enjoy your massage.

I actually did this over at the imperial palace last time I was there. The girl was walking around the tables asking anybody if they want a massage. So, I said ‘sure why not’. I have to admit that I thought it was a little strange at first but she was very friendly and gave me a pretty good massage right there at the B.J. table. After a few minutes I asked her how much. She said, $10 for 10 mins plus a tip and laughed about it. When she was finished I gave her a twenty. She smiled and walked away.
I chalked the whole thing up as another ‘Vegas experience’. That city is any thing but normal and that’s what I like about it.
