im going to las vegas in about 3 months, one thing i learned is..book NOW! honestly the more you wait && look for deals the more expensive it gets. when i first started looking for packages it was only $250 for 4 days & 3 nights, and not i ended up paying $430! double the price…so just book now. one recomendation is virgin america for your flight & excalibur for your hotel. there cheap but not ghetto. have fun & good luck

Check out some packages at the less expensive resorts – Excalibur, Circus Circus (those 2 are pretty kid heavy), Luxor, Ballys, Imperial Palace, Harrahs, etc. You can usually find some good deals, and they often partner with airlines for packages including airfare.

Are you sure you want it cheap? If so, contact one of the vacation club companies that sells vacation plans. Attend one of their presentations and pretend to be interested, but then at the last minute turn it down. They will give you free airfare and/or free hotel stay in Vegas. Caution! The hotel may be a flea bag, the flight might be a red eye, and the days will likely be in the middle of the week. But it’s cheap.

Check out http://www.lasvegasnow.com which is a local TV station. Right now there are great deals. But what you might think of cheap is below the standard of Vegas.
Check out places like Orleans, Gold Coast, or South Point; all local casinos with specials Also don’t try and come on a three day weekend; usually Sunday thrugh Thursday are the best prices.

Ou shoudl book your air fair through anonline travel agent an book thehotl direct this will save you money. If you book thehotel dircetly you will only pay the first night as a deposit, if the rate drops after you book and you call the hotel they will adjust your rate and if your plans change you can cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours before booking. I think that the bet offr around atthe minute is at the Excalibur from $51 per night including $25 dining voucher and free upgrade to a widescreen room https://reservations.mgmmirage.com/bookingengine.aspx?pid=EXC&host=offer&code=EMMT08&kbid=542076&sub=win

Vegas is not the place to go if you are looking for cheap. Everything is expensive here. Save your money and do us all a favor…don’t come with the idea of being cheap.
We are really quite tired of all those who come to Vegas and “stiff” all the service people. Most of the workers here live on tips, depend on them to be able to LIVE.
I was a cab driver here for seven years. I quit because of the poverty level it truly is.

I would book air and hotel seperately in order to get the best price. For air check kayak.com and for hotels I would check http://www.vegas-hotels-online.com – they have the latest Las Vegas hotel specials.

If you are in the US, try allegiantair.com. They probably fly out of a city near you, they are pretty reasonably priced and it is normally a direct flight. I just booked a 5 day 4 night vacation to Vegas from Indiana, staying at Bally’s for only $314 per person. Good luck and have fun!
