When is the best time to book vacations for Vegas?
I’m planning a group trip to vegas in August 07. When is the best time to book the trip and who would have the best deals?

Best time is Sunday thru Thursday hotel rates are cheaper.
Try booking with travel agent, the more people going the better you can get in a group rate.
if not call or check hotel on line site to see what group rates they have. I usually book my flight and hotel separately, I find it cheaper that way.

We go to Vegas once a year…we usually book the flight appr. 2 months in advance….watch for seat sales on the net, and book….Hotel is best to book directly with them, rather than travel agent….cut out the middle man…look on net for web site for Las Vegas deals. As well we prefer March or October, are the 2 best months to go, weatherwise. Enjoy!!!

Last minute is best and simply take a few minutes to check 3 or 4 sites, print out what they have and compare. Each company has its own best deal so research, print and compare and save big $..
Once there, I can tell you the best value for food and coffee and essentials if your on a budget is the Golden Nuggett. A cup of seattle coffee is $1.5 there, the same cup elsewhere is $4.. If your felxible with dates check out http://www.skyauction.com
they have some good stuff and consider renting a timeshare but try to avoid the tour… good luck. did you know the hoover dam is less than an hour away?
