People also think that they are allowed to do whatever they want and act however they want in Vegas without getting in trouble. They also over generalize by thinking that all Vegas casinos are the same.

There is so much to do in Las Vegas that if you take the time to do some research you could have lots of fun with out gambling. Lots of good food and shows and free attractions. Take time to explore the city. On my last trip I only allowed myself $ 100.00 for gambling and I still managed to get comped a t-shirt which I was happy with.

I think it’s funny as well, i work and live in Las Vegas and i know that 30 million people come here each year and the basic person who comes here will spend 60 plus dollars on a room. Then they drink and gamble till the throw up, and at the end of the night they are broke and when they wake up the next day they have no idea what they did. Sounds like fun right..lol..

Hi. I’m from Europe and I’ve been to Vegas once. I must say I didn’t habve the time of my life there but I has fun and enjoyed my stay there a lot because Vegas is lijke a 24 hours party. There are always things to see and do there. I don’t know what it’s like if you live there, I guess then thing will only become normal. But Vegas, in my viewpoint, is a must if you like something original. I’d go there again… Oh and btw, I didin’t spend my time gambling but I came out of there with profit though.

lol..yeagh..ok.You’ve must have lost your azz i take it.There is plenty to do in las Vegas without gambling…BUT!!…you do have a point.I have lived in las Vegas for 37 years.If i have never lived in Vegas,i would still rather go to California or Florida for more things to do.The ocean,pro sports,Disney.Don’t make Vegas sound like its all gambling though because it’s not.

Anyone who wants to can have the time of their lives in Las Vegas and never spend a penny gambling. We have some of the best restaurants, stage shows, golf courses, and night clubs in the world. The weather’s always nice, so if you want to just hang out at some of the nicest pools in the world (including several topless pools) or go hiking in Red Rock Canyon you can do that too.

It sounds like you either suck at gambling and always blow all your money then get pissed off, or never liked it to start with. Maybe this isn’t the best place for you, and especially not your kids (I made the assumption based on your vacation suggestions). But that doesn’t mean the millions and millions of people that come here each year are not having a great time.

So go strap on your mickey ears and ride space mountain with your kids, and let the mature adults of the world come enjoy the fantastic entertainment Las Vegas has to offer.

P.S. To anyone BUT coreyrules6, here’s a tip to get treated like a high roller. First off, stay at a medium level casino, i.e., not Bellagio, Wynn, Ventian, etc. When you make your hotel reservation, ask about getting a $10,000 line of credit (If you have good credit and $10k in the bank, it’s a snap). Ta da! You’re a high roller. You don’t even need to play on your credit, just act the part. They might even comp your room or give you free dinners, show tickets, etc, before you get there.

its because they think that they can get special treatment for free or low price also for that have never been there before they think it’s going to be more fun than it really is. plus they got the hopes up reel high for gambling so there all hyped up over it and your right not allot of people there do get lucky
