Can I book a Vegas hotel room for 2 and then sleep 3 people?

I just really don’t want to pay the extra fee for a third person ($20-35 depending on the hotel)

if you are caught with this person in your room then they can kick you out of the hotel without a refund. just pay the extra fee. if you’re worried about spending an extra 30 bucks a night on one more person than just don’t go to vegas.

Technically and legally NO. However it is done all the time. Just don’t ask for three room keys, cause no trouble and don’t make a mess in the room.

They won’t kick you out. The worst that can happen is they figure it out and will charge the credit card you put down with the extra person charge. A lot of times the housekeepers figure it out, because they know exactly how many people are registered for each room.
