I usually find my hotel and flight through http://www.travelaxe.com THe hotel rooms are usually way cheaper than other places and i have always gotten what i was promised. Another idea is http://www.AAA.com I am a triple A member and they always have great travel packages and offers. You can even find good deals if you are not a member. If you are looking to club and do that sort of thing I highly reccomend the PALMS. It seams to be where it all is going on as of late. Also check out Drai’s at the Barbary Coast .
