In Vegas, the earlier you book the cheaper it is. You’ll be hard pushed to find a late deal in Vegas. However, I went to Vegas abut 4 years ago: booked about a month before I went, used http://uk.hoteldiscount.com/hoteldiscount/uk/index.html and got a reasonable deal.
