I am the best man in a wedding and I need to plan a trip for 12 guys going to Las Vegas leaving from BWI (Baltimore) and staying somewhere decent like Luxor or MGM Grand.
Expedia and those other ones don’t really get good deals for booking for a lot of people. I feel like there has to be a way to get a good package deal for like 5-6 rooms and 12 plane tickets

I can help you. If you need prices email me. I am a travel agent and I book packages to Vegas all of the time. I even have clients that use me regularly that live in Maryland. You are looking for a cheap package, but the hotels you mentioned usually run higher than some of the others. The pricing really depends on when you are wanting to go.

The best way to get a great deal is to book them separately. For flights, check sites like Southwest airlines vacation or US Airways. Also do a search on kayak engine. It will check all airlines going to Vegas and all major travel sites and return the cheapest fare. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/cheap-flights.php
For hotels, book directly from the hotels using their discount promo codes to get the maximum discounts. Here are a few codes. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/special.php

Book the hotel and the flights separately, book the hotels direct but do not put them all on the same booking get the guys into groups of who will share what room and then each of these group books a room this means that should things change they can deal with it rather than some poor soul organising it. If you book direct with the hotel you not only get the best rate but its fully changeable and cancellable with no penalty and you only pay the first night as a deposit, believe me with a group of guys this is the best way to do it as some people will drop out and maybe others will join you I know I have been there
Check this site for the best rates

You will usually get the best deals based on 4 people per package. Your Holiday Now has some great rates for trips to Vegas. I just booked a week at MGM for May.

Call the hotels directly. You can book a block of rooms for a good price. Airlines do not give group discounts. The ticket price is the ticket price.

If Allegiant Air flies from Baltimore that might be your best choice. I’m from Montana, so of course it’s outrageous to fly ANYWHERE. Allegiant has tickets for $29 per way from Montana! I’d check Allegiantair.com. And I found that booking your airline tickets on Allegiant and your hotel on Expedia is the cheapest way to go!

If you know who your travel agent is, you can ask them to help you out on this package deal. Other then that there are many good packages if you are part of time share or if your an interval world member.
