Impossible to answer because it fluctutates so much.
During certain holidays, major sporting events, and big conventons it can be hard to find a single room on the strip sometimes. But during the dead of the winter or summer sometimes the hotels offer incredibly low deals just to get people to visit.
If I had to guess, on a random WEEKDAY night I would say they are at about 60% capacity. Probably 80-90% on the weekends.

Weekends are pretty much a sell out. Weekdays the occupancy rate runs between 50 and 80%. There are a lot of law suits right now over those inflated promises that the condo operators were making to buyers. A lot of buyers are loosing their shirts at MGM, Wynn … those are the ones written about in the paper … not sure of the Palms but might be worth looking really hard into. If the others are having problems I don’t know why this one wouldn’t either.

Occupancy rates vary as low as 80% but you need to realize that buying a rental is NOT guarantee of an apartment being rented. There are several apparent law suits right now concerns promised not kept.

Hard to say , with the high gas prices and lack of conventions, its not a good time to buy condos to make money,,Occ, rates are low. at this time. With empty apts condos and homes, by the hundreds, it is not a goo d market. No one can saw what the % rate on rooms. . Beware of Scams that are going around. a lot of promises and then nothing and u are holding an expensive condo. we hear of it all the time every where, good luck….
