From what I understand, the current water supply in Las Vegas will be out within the next 20 years. Is there a plan to deal with this problem?

Of course it would probably cost billions to build a pipe that big. The obvious solution is don’t build huge cities where there is limited resources. They could at least continue restricting water useage.
