A lot of the off strip hotels supply shuttles to the strip. Examine to see if the palms or a hotel close to there offers one. An additional option is to catch the bus, it runs 24 hrs.

if your intent on walking at ceasars palace is flamingo road just stroll down flamingo road i estimate about a mile but i could be wrong and the palms is on the left

I feel the best you can do is from the strip in front of bills casino, you can catch the shuttle on the side of the casino and it takes to you the gold coast which is across the street from the palms and then just stroll across the street but i dont feel palms has a shuttle that goes straight to the palms..

Here is how you can get to the Palms from the strip for FREE. Go to Caesars Palace, Bally’s, Paris or Harrah’s and get on the free shuttle to Rio All-Suites. The Palms is less than a block across the street. Here are the shuttle pick up spots.

It depends highly on where you’re located on the strip. Anywhere in the middle, it’s an easy walk. If you’re on either end of the strip, it’s a long walk, but scenic and you’ll be better off taking a bus, casino shuttle or rental car.
