Anybody here live in Las Vegas or visit often enough to be very familiar w/ the area?
I am going to Las Vegas on vacation in May and I just want to know a few things:
What areas should we stay away from?-I know crime can happen anywhere, but what are the places we just wouldn’t want to be in after a certain time or at all?
Which clubs are the most fun?–Good music with a classy elegant, atmosphere but still fun.
Which shows would you recommend that we catch while we are in town?

ok i live in vegas for a while … but a lot has changed since then so can’t tell ya bout where go avoid etc … but thers more to vegas then the casio’s …. u should go to hoover dam take the tour its pretty awesome … drive out to the valley of fire …

R u staying on the strip? If you are than you will be fine. The rough areas of Vegas are to the North.
The Clubs, Thats whats up. My favorite one is Pure at Cesars Palace. Here your winning lineup
Sun- Body English at Hard Rock
Mon- Jet at Mirage
Tues- Pure at Cesars Palace
Wed-LAX at Luxor
Thurs- TAO at Venetian
Fri Sat- whatever its the weekend
The shows. The Cirque de Solei shows are awesome. I have seen Mystere and really liked it. You also have Blue Man, Mamma Mia, Lance Burton, Tony Braxton, The Producers, Carrot Top comes down to what type of shows u
like.
