What are valid forms of ID in a Vegas casino?
I have a driver’s license, but my bf only has a school ID to show that he’s over 21. Does that count? He also has an ID from his country (an official government one), but I don’t know if that will count as well.

no school id’s wont work. it has to be a legit (government issued) id. like a drivers license, id card, green card, birth certificate, passport, etc

No you would need a drivers licence or Passport. Or some other form of Govt picture ID.
Just for the record, depending on where you go you may or may not be carded. Vegas does have a reputation of being very strict, but if you stick to the less popular, older crowd type hotels you might not even get carded.
Another option is to have him go to the security office at whatever hotel you are staying at. Tell them your situation, and they may be able to verify your age by some other means. Then they would probably give you some kind of wrist band so you could at least gamble on the hotel grounds.

he would need a state issued ID similar to a drivers license and cannot use to drive. it would be acceptable. the school id, do not think so.
passport if he has one. try a brith certificate if he does not have time to get an official document.
