Southwest probably has the lowest priced flights if you can get one of their special deals. For the other airlines it really doesn’t matter what site you go on you will get the same prices. However going directly to the airlines website will give you more choices in flights.

Southwest is gonna be your best bet and book it as early as possible. I have flown from Austin to Vegas several times. Make sure you check out Expedia too.
