LAS VEGAS DISCOUNT SHOW TICKETS?

Be very, very careful about buying tickets on Craigslist. While it’s good for some things, there have been some scams going around lately on show tickets here, via Craigslist (stolen or illegally obtained tickets).

I just remembered, you might want to check out vegas.com as well, I’ve seen some ‘free upgrades’ on tickets for some of the better shows out there recently. They may not be half off but you’ll pay less for some of the better seats in the showrooms.

Tix4Tonight (http://www.tix4tonight.com/index.html) posts their available ticket listings at 9:30am daily, and they open for sales at 10am. Typically, you’re not able to obtain top-billing shows for half price (though sometimes the Cirque shows like Zumanity are seen for 7-14% off) but as long as you go with some cash, a couple of willing friends who want to go with you and no crazy ideas of which you’ll just die if you don’t receive — you may be pleasantly surprised. I would recommend “V: The Ultimate Variety Show” and “Steve Wyrick: Real Magic” which are two of the shows that are almost always on their sales roster.

Note: In most scenarios you won’t receive your exact seat assignment until you arrive at the box office of the theater you will be seeing the show, which you’ll need to do at least an hour before performance time.
