I was recently blacklisted from a Las Vegas casino so is there a way to get off it?
I was recently in a Las Vegas Casino and was kicked out and blacklisted because I was messing around with a girl in the bathroom. Is there anyway to get off the list so that I can get back into the casino without being in trouble?
I was read the trespassing act…..escorted to my car. I want to get off because I would like to apply to a few jobs there.

They did you a favor. Casinos are places to lose money. Stay away from them.

I heard casino’s have sophisticated security cameras which automatically pick blacklisted people from their face structure… I think this is a bit of bs though…
Vegas has more casinos than anywhere else in the world, just try some of the other casinos. If your not a known cheater the other casino’s probably don’t have you on their blacklist.
Otherwise you’ll need to change your appearance somehow along with matching ID… this seems a bit over the top.

Anyone can be bought, but it won’t be cheap. You could just wait six months or so and see if you can get in then. Since you weren’t card counting or trying to cheat them out of money, they might give you a pass after enough time.
Even then, I wouldn’t bother. It’s Las Vegas, there’s plenty of casinos and plenty of girls.

I doubt you were blacklisted. They probably just kicked you out. Did they read you the Trespassing Act? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you weren’t blacklisted. You can go back in a few months and they’ll have no idea who you are.
And even if they did read you the Trespassing Act, you weren’t kicked out of EVERY casino, just one. It’s not that big of a deal. Just spend your money somewhere else, and when your friends ask why you won’t go in that specific casino, you’ve got a story to tell.

Being blackballed, listed, whatever from a casino isn’t the kiss of death, unless you’re a cheater and then you have to deal with gaming commission/state instead of the casinos. So things to know, if you’ve been blacklisted from a particular casino then you can’t go in there for 1 year and if you get caught it’s can be a few things 1. Fine 2. Community Service 3. Jail time and it might not be in that order and could be combination; it’s really not a big deal though if you want to work in Vegas. So the only answer to your blackballing from a particular casino and getting off it is TIME, or you can petition to be reinstated but that’s only worked in select few cases, and you really don’t want to take the time for that. Also the fact there is 150+ casinos in Vegas you’re going to have a lot of opportunities depending on what you do, credit rating, and criminal history.
FYI you’re pretty lucky the casino didn’t want to go ahead and get PD involved since you could have been arrested for creating a potential offensive environment with “fooling” around in a public place.

Blacklisted, huh. I’ve been 86′ed before myself, but for counting cards, not for getting busy in the john. You can ask to speak to someone in casino management, state that you’re sorry that it happened, then pray to the “Gambling Gods” that the casino manager will forgive you and let you come back in. As for a job, go down the street 100 yards and apply for employment there. Good luck, The “Las Vegas Blogger” ..
